Tipp Star Lar Corbett Visits The School
There was great excitement in Scoil Eoin on Wednesday last with the arrival of Tipperary forward and current All-Star Lar Corbett. He paid a visit to the After Schools Club and took charge of a training session for the hurling team. He put them through a number of drills and spoke about the importance of working hard at training. He answered numerous questions and signed autographs. Congratulations to Cillian Guilfoyle who won Lar’s coveted No. 15 jersey.

Interactive Whiteboards
Over the Easter break each classroom was fitted with an interactive whiteboard. These will be of huge benefit to both teachers and pupils and will enhance each room as a place of learning. This project was part funded by the Parent’s Council and we are very grateful for their hard work and dedication in supporting the school.

Dale Treadwell
Well known environmentalist and T.V. personality Dale Treadwell visited the school recently. He spoke to each class about the importance of trees in our world. Each class then had the opportunity to plant a tree in the school grounds.
