L/R:
Evelyn Reid, Alice Bergin and Michael Keane.
Mike’s Goodnews is located on Main Street, Roscrea. The shop has been run by Michael Keane and his partner Evelyn Reid for the past 11 years. It's the first time any shop in Roscrea has sold the winning ticket during the nearly 25-history of the Lotto so a big win like this was certainly long overdue in the town.
Speaking this week, Evelyn says they don't know yet who won it, and an exact time for the purchase is not being given by Lotto headquarters as this might be used to identify the lucky punter from CCTV.
